Design Development

Yarn Preparation

Yarn Spinning is the first process of carpet. Our yarn inventory is managed in such a way that the running yarns are always available in stock. Which helps to increase the efficiency of the carpet manufacturing process. In our yarn store, a separate area is desided to stock the yarns from where our special customized rugs are manufacturing within 30 to 45 days. We have a huge range of natural and synthetic yarns to weave beautiful rugs. The first step to prepare yarn is spin the fibre after eliminating the dirt and impurities with proper testing After spinning yarn is send for further testing process where we check yarn count , yarn strength, yarn content, yarn twist so we can deliver best yarn for Dyeing process.



Dyeing

The yarns are ready from spinning is send to dyeing which are environment friendly. Depending on the volume, this process might range from vats to jiggers. We ensure that all dyes that are used comply with the international standards and are authorized for commercial usage. After Dyeing each lot is tested for color fastness rubbing wet/dry, washing, and light. We always make sure that the colors correspond to what our customers have requested.We have a well professional team to insure that dyed yarn is fully tested before proceeding for weaving process.



Carpet weaving

The weaving process is the main process of carpet and rug manufacturing, We have a very good set up for rug weaving. We have separate unit for each types of rugs Handtufted, Handloom, Hand knotted and Flatweave, Our unit is located at Bhadohi and Panipat. here we have access of automatic, special, and even basic traditional looms. Use of the same depends on the size, level of quality, and type of weave required for production process.



BACKING

Backing technique is the next process after weaving. it's a simple way to finish the carpet and give it a best look. The application of latex is to increase the strength and fix the pile of carpets. It’s necessary especially for handloom and hand tufted rugs. Carpet backing is often done to seal the back of a carpet. We have a well organize team to manage the thing in the given lead time



FINISHING

Once the carpet is latexed and dried, it will be send to Binding and finishing. they are inspected by our quality team at a first level and its undergoes to finishing and surface embellishment like edge finishing, Clipping, carving and embossing to give the required look in the rugs. The color and fringes give a soft touch to our rugs. After final finishing our quality team inspect the finished rugs and colors and after that we send the rugs final photograpy



QUALITY INSPECTION

All products are properly inspected by our quality team before proceeding to packing department. Our team check the below point like- Material, colors, pile heights, edge binding, pile density, rubbing, design et. After final inspection our quality team send goods for packing.



PACKING & DISPATCH

Our packing Supervisors observe the entire packing process and make sure that everything is done properly. We follow the client instruction, correct labels, hang tags, and barcodes are placed on the right way. . We also make sure that the products are packed in ready cartons in as per packing instructions of client. After proper inspection we send the goods for Dispatch.
